Extremely disappointed to say the least, especially since it's a local small business which seems to pride itself on... taking care of the local homeowners appliance repair needs. I called on Mon. March 11th to set up an appointment for Wed. March 13th, the gentleman that I spoke with (not sure if he was the owner or repairman) asked what time I would like to schedule the appointment for and I said 10am, he then asked if between 10-11 am was okay. I said yes and proceeded to give him my address, phone number, and brand of my appliance. So...today is Wed.March 13th and guess what? No phone call and no show, which ultimately results in me taking my business elsewhere. My husband is beyond ticked off!read more

I was surprised to find out not all appliance repair companies fix Samsung appliances, but thankfully EZ Whittier... Appliance Repair does. The tech had all the parts in his van and was in and out in under and hour.read more

The two companies I called first didn't even answer their phone! Probably for the best. EZ did an excellent job... repairing our dishwasher.read more

EZ Whittier was wonderful to work with! I'm extremely busy all of the time so the appointment was scheduled at a time... convenient for me and the repairman arrived on-time. I can't express how important that is for me!!! He repaired our oven very quick and the cost was affordable. This is the company to call for appliance repair in Whittier.read more
